I recently had to clear my cache and browser history in Safari and now I can't get Picmonkey to open through 365. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do next? I've reset my preferences and plug-ins but it's not working yet. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
I just tried it and I also could not get it to load. I wonder if it's because they have a new beta version out. I was able to get in to the site if I didn't use the 365 link, though I had to go through some steps to allow Flash to run and then log in as a free trial user. I only ever use it for collages, so I'm not sure how limiting the free trial version is as opposed to what the 365 link allowed. I'm sorry this isn't much help, but I think the problem probably is on Picmonkey's side.
@aecasey Well that makes me feel better at least and it’s not me or my computer! While I have you here, please tell me how you use PicMonkey through 365 to make collages. I’ve never used it for that before.
I had trouble last night so after posting a photo, I deleted it. I couldn't get PIcMonkey to open at all. Just tried it today and this time it would open but after making changes, it would not send the changes. What is going on?!? Add this to the text issues and I give up on commenting because I have to restart the laptop every time...so I might leave a fav and forget the comment. I just tried it again...there is an error in saving.
I'm not sure how useful this will be for you, but I've found that I can get to picmonkey using Chrome when it won't work with Safari. For some reason, Safari and Flash don't seem to like each other on my computer, but Chrome will allow it to run.
