I am excited about this picture but feel it could be better. Any advice? c

It has great contrast, but I'd lighten it just a little or reduce the contrast a little, so you don't lose so much detail such as the left hand and foot. That should also give a little more detail so her hair doesn't blend into the railing. Great pic.
