Overexposed - can this picture be saved?

Took this photo of this really cool person in Vegas. I may not have the right tools to correct...getting Photoshop this week with new computer. Appreciate any ‘how to’ tips. It was not shot in RAW, unfortunately.

Here’s a version with some edits.

Better, worse, really appreciate you sticking with me. I’ve looked at it so long, I’ve lost objectivity...

Doesn't need to be raw, Lightroom can help out here.

There are many phone apps and/or picmonkey where you can adjust the color.

there is an option under the filter tab that says 'camera raw filter' you can make the same adjustments with that on a jpg as you can with a raw file, doesnt took too too badly blown out, so hopefully you can retrieve some of the highlights, black and white might be another option if it messes with the colors too much. .

Duplicate the layer, after you bring it into photoshop, change to Overlay and use filters>other>highpass to accentuate the lines, that might also add to the photo.

I meant to post here, not on your pic, sorry.
I hope you don't mind but I imported a copy into Lightroom and reduced the highlights to see what would happen. There is no information in the blown out highlights at all. What I would do is take it into Photoshop and clone some information into those areas. It just depends how desperately you want the pic. I think you can save it.

@deekjames The hair and jacket is the easiest and her forehead was okay too but the three blown out spots on her cheeks and chin are just too difficult to clone into... for me at least.

@bella_ss I don’t mind at all and thank you for taking it for a spin. It’s the face that I’m struggling with as well. @byrdlip I will try that. Thanks. @kali66 I also consider3d B&W but hate to lose that pop of yellow. I’ll try the “camera raw filter” first.

Maybe I have been with a Nikon too long, or don't spend enough time editing, but for me clipped highlights are clipped and forever gone. Only you can tell if it is clipped in your raw.

I think that second image is recoverable though..... I have pulled back from worse as a novice editor. . . need to being back your whites, darken highlights, and pull her away from the background. A difficult job all in all.
