CS4 HELP..........

I am using CS4 for my editing, a few days ago I did some editing and used my ying yang action no problem... Today is a different story, I go to use ying yang and it changes the lighting on the whole picture. All my other actions seem to work

I have reset them reload them. its only the yin/yang that is not working

Any suggestions on which website a trial can be downloaded for CS4? I'm having some problems downloading this directly from the Adobe website because for some reason, CS5 just pops up everytime even though I select CS4!!
