Where in the world?

My son does an activity with an online group called where in the world. I thought I would give it a try with this group. I posted a photo to start by adding a photo so you can guess where it is and you can write your answer as a comment on the photo or here below. Then add a photo of your own.

Christine is right, it is the Philly Museum of Art.
The guy sitting down is wearing a Phillies shirt, and is selling Rocky shirts =P


As for Helene's photo, I am not sure at all. That seriously looks like it could be any beach town anywhere in the world. So I'm gonna say Cape Cod
