I did a pregnancy shoot with my sister last week, and am likely to be doing another one in the coming weeks, but this time with a teenage mother. I will probably do some photos similar to the ones I took with my sister, but thought she might also appreciate some fun photos. Her older sister is her support person through the pregnancy/birth, and will probably be a part of the photo shoot.
Any ideas please?
Googling teenage pregnancy photo shoot doesn't really produce much that is helpful, mostly pictures of sad teenage girls, which is so not what we want to go for! LOL!
lol!! I hear you on that one.. im a young mom of just 23 with 3 kiddos.. and I have my own business.. i have a client on the 4th for a maternity shoot and she is the same age as i am.. So ive been just googling creative maternity photography.. i came up with the following...
-baby shoes on the belly
-thought bubble w. i love you , hi mom!, or its cramped in here!
-portable cdplayer with headphones on belly, mom holding a fav. cd
-sonogram pic framed with hands on belly
-mom and dad back to back, in your case it would be sisters back to back
...im having some mental block here, im a little under the weather.. if i can think of anymore ill be sure to check back and post them!
The mom's hands forming a heart around her belly button. I asked a friend to do that and at first she said "oh that's just cheesy". But she loved the pic when she saw .it. I also did a version with selective coloring, leaving color only in the heart area.
female photographers really excel on this type of shoots...so just follow all those above...=) just wanna share what we did (wife and I) about a year ago (our first born) hope you enjoy and get some ideas with it...cheers!

Just make sure u also get some of her without belly showing , there is something about a glowing mum to be !!!

Get as much skin as u can without her feeling uncompfortable !! pregnacy is a beautiful thing
