Installing Actions on PSE8

Hello there...

Does anyone know how to install actions onto Photoshop Elements 8? I came across some cool actions and then downloaded the zipped folders, but now I am having trouble loading/installing these actions onto the PSE. I am new to photoshop so I would really appreciate all the help and advice that I can get.
