Share a photo on the browse and pick post's??? I have wanted to participate for ages now but still can't figure out how to put the photo in the post and have it show up!

There is a share box located on the left side of the screen which shows the picture. It contains the code you need. Copy the code and then you can paste it (in full) on any of the discussion threads.

Go to the "More Sizes" tools on the right side of your photo screen, and copy the code. That's what you post in the "Write a Reply" section.
