Cool. I do have a suggestion though. Instead of just saying so-n-so commented on your picture, can it show the picture or title or link, like in the email?. Same with so-n-so commented on your discussion? It will make it simpler to know if I am dealing with more than one on the same thread without having to open each notice. It's a great start though. Thanks.

Oh, the links are not working on the screen showing all notifications.

i just thought too that it would be good if the notification tab flashed a bright colour, as i don't notice it when its black :)

Really, really, really, like this feature. Thanks Ross! :-D I agree with Katie though - a more obvioius colour than black would be great. Maybe red or something brighter that will stand out more would be easier to notice.
