Erin, I am not sure what type of troube you are having, but have you tried to email the photos to your 365 account? I have not had any trouble uploading, but I am in the habit of emailing them and they arrive very quickly, usually by the time I log in they are waiting on me (at the top of your 'Home' wall, you get a notification that you have photos waiting with a link to click).
Don't give up on this site, it really is a joy to be a part of. The community of people is worth giving it another try. BTW, welcome aboard!
I have the notification saying I have photos waiting, but when I click the link it goes to a blank page! I really love the site, but I'm getting frustrated that I can't upload and share my photos daily with everyone else like I was hoping to, I feel so left out!
Hmmmm. I am sure there are others who can help work out this kink. I am not sure where the problem lies (not technical enough), but as a fail-proof plan you can just save the photos in a file on your desktop and upload them from there. Are you emailing or using the uploader?
Ross seems to be away or something at the moment because someone else is doing the bits for the theme. I assume he's on holiday - he deserves one. There are others who have had the same problem and Ross seems to sort it pretty quickly when they email him, but obviously he can't if he's away. I think Debbie said something about links being gone for this week only but returning when Ross does, so if I were you, I'd hang in there for a while longer and then email again if it doesn't work. You can still take photos and upload a batch later on, like people do after holidays. Hope it gets sorted soon though.
