For $21 you can pick up an economy pinholga. It's a relativity cheap and easy way to get started with pinhole photos.

They're nice although I found their instructions confusing so I quit but I was making one in photography class anyway.

I've made one that uses photo paper, and that worked amazingly.
I have also made a 35mm camera, but never used it, even though it is loaded and ready to go.

Here's a site I've had book marked forever, you may find something you like! http://www.diyphotography.net/23-pinhole-cameras-that-you-can-build-at-home

In my highschool photography class, we built pinhole cameras out of outmeal containers made from carboard and tin. Just google oatmeal container pinhole camera, and you'll be sure to get a whole lot of examples.

I am with TJ we used oatmeal containers and then photo paper, not sure how you would develop it though unless you had your own dark room

Try this one. It's easy and cheap. Me and couple of friends have done the camera in this way.
Here are few photos I made using that macbox pinhole. http://365project.org/filipl/365/2010-04-26 http://365project.org/filipl/365/2010-04-27 http://365project.org/filipl/365/2010-04-29
