I've got an idea: Let's build a cookbook. I got the idea looking at one of my favorite foodie blogs pinchmysalt.com. The woman who runs that blog also happens to be a photographer. She whips something up in her kitchen then posts the recipe along with a very nice picture. I've noticed a lot of discussion threads about pictures of food, and I thought we could all challenge ourselves to cook or bake something we love, post a pic of it, and share the recipe in the description. Considering how international the membership of 365 is this should eventually build a very diverse collection of dishes. If you don't cook this is an opportunity to give it a try. Very few things in this life bring me the joy I find in the kitchen and at the dinner table, especially when that joy is shared with friends.
This is not a theme or a contest, it's just for grins. If you want to participate be sure and tag your photo with "365cookbook" so we can keep up with each other.
