My pic monkey isnt working. I get an error message that disappears so quickly that I can't read it. It's headline is "Flash is abashed". Any suggestions?
I have Windows !0 and typed in Flash in the search box. Try Flash Player in the search.. I always have a shortcut to Bing so if I can't find things in my Norton search I look in Bing..
Chrome doesn't allow flash to run by default, and normally should show a little "do you wish to run flash" option.
If that doesn't happen, you go can to the address bar at the top of the browser (while on the PicMonkey site) and click the little symbol to the far left (next to where it says "Secure"). This is usually a padlock, though it can be a (i) type symbol.
This will open a menu which will have options for many different things for that site. One of which will be Flash which you can change to "always allow on this site". That should allow it to load properly!
@jgpittenger Thank you for starting this thread Jane. I am tech challenged and have had this problem for a while with no idea how to fix it. You solved that for me today with the suggestions posted here! thanks bunches
