This is a general post to the 365 community...first, wishes for a healthy and happy new year to each and every one of you, and, of course, especially to those of you with whom I exchange comments and quips.
And a huge thank you as well...without this site and this community I would not be doing photography I don;t think...If all my shots were simply going onto my hard drive and no one saw them and there were way too many for me to ever really look at again, I would probably not continue so ardently. And without new themes and discussions, I'm sure my own "phojo" would get a bit dull and tarnished.
But instead, you inspire me to keep going and get better and learn and challenge myself. And although I see amazing work here, far superior to anything I am yet dreaming about doing, you have given me confidence to continue, to start showing my work, to start selling my work and to be a photographer.
So, heartfelt thanks....you have made me a better photographer and a better person.
Happy New Year to you and yours as well. Thank you for putting into words everything that we as a community mean to each other.
