Do you lose your extra albums if you let Ace lapse?

Good day -

I let my Ace membership lapse, I pretty much took the last year off.
I want to start up again, but it looks like I only have the one folder.
Will I get the other folders (and pictures) back if I sign up for Ace again?

I really didn't think you lost your albums, just that you didn't get an additional one.

Maybe this isn't the issue?

Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.
