Took me back to Oct 2021 when @Taffy and I were so frustrated at not being able to fly off Beaver Island to start our trip along the Upper Peninsula. We decided to go to the other end of the island to do a photowalk out of disappointment -- only to find it one of our favorite photo opps we have had on Beaver Island -- FOG!
oh the irony. 2018 was a super summer. this year not so much. Currently in a state of emergency in Auckland due to torrential rain, slips, major flooding, people being rescued from their homes and to date 3 people have been lost and died in the flood waters.
