Problem logging in with new cell phone.

Hi, can anyone please help and advise me? A friend gave me his old iPhone and I cannot log into 365 with it. On my old one, it goes automatically with saved passwords when I open Google.

Previously I also had a 365 app icon on my other phone which I would like to have back too if possible. Any help or advice would be much appreciated, TIA

Try logging on through Safari rather than Google and see if that works. That’s what I have to do on my iPad.

I just reset my password and can get in. I would like it to automatically save my details so that I do not have to enter them each time. I have that on my Samsung and it is so neat! Could you please help with that Ross @scrivna

@ludwigsdiana That's a function of your browser, not the site. You can set up Google Password Manager to do this for you. Go to this link https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6208650?sjid=12222699159777543405-NC&co=GENIE.Platform%3DiOS&oco=1 and scroll down to "Use Google Password Manager". Click on the tab for iPhone and iPad, and follow the instructions. That should make it autofill the password for you.

I'm really not much good at this but if you're going from samsung, which is android, to apple you may need a different in system to remember your info as google, I don't think, works on apple. just a thought

@ljmanning Thanks for the link Laura, it helped to save my passwords but it does not autofill although I have it on. Got it now, thanks :-)
