Sigma America has announced that from June 2nd. there will be a price rise due to Trump's tariffs. It is not clear whether or not the increase will apply to countries other than the USA.
On an aside it is being reported over here in the UK that the President has said that he does not know if he needs to uphold the Constitution, I will leave you to draw your own conclusions.
He said before the election that he intents to be a dictator and will never leave the white house again. I'm panic shopping this week...not only will prices double (or more) but there will be shortages that will far exceed what happened during covid. I don't want to even get out of bed lately.
Like the oil industry, prices have start to incease to pay for future tariffs, either real or imaged.
In an era of panic, it is interesting to watch people react with little or no history of events. A repeat of the '73 oil embargo will be eclipsed if China learned anything to '73.
