This is a competition that starts on Monday and lasts the whole week. Make a self-portrait every week, based on a new theme.

This last week was all about abstract. Helena picked the winner and it's Jani M ( @janmaki ) with this very warm and serene picture:

It was such a warm challenge last week! I loved how we all showed different interprations!
This weeks selfies must be based on Jani's choice: Holding!
He said: "I want to see pictures of people holding something, a pen or a mug, a
grocery bag or a tennis racquet or maybe 32" plasma TV. I want to see
people holding on to trees and lamp posts. And I want to see people
holding their loved ones. Hope this inspires people :)"
I think it's going to be a really close challenge!
And this weeks selfies are again also date-restricted. You only can take and post them until late Saturday evening or Sunday morning, depending on where you live! Then Jani will pick the winner and he or she can choose the new theme for next week.
