I know you're all ready for the next exciting weekly theme! Last week Laura Wheeler won with her amazing clutter photo.
She has chosen this weeks theme of food & beverages. I'm getting hungry just thinking of all the great photo possiblities!
"The main subject of the photo should be something edible or drinkable ... it could be a classy gourmet meal in a restaurant, a comforting home-cooked favourite, or your fries from McDonald's - as long as you'd eat it!"
As always, to enter your photo you need to upload and tag a photo with the tag "theme-foodandbeverage"
Entry to this theme starts on Monday (1st Feb) and will accept entries until Sunday night (23:59 GMT Feb 7th) voting will begin the following day.
Entries must have been taken and uploaded this week only! Entries outside of the date range will not be accepted. You can enter up to 7 entries (one for each day of the week).
This will be an opportunity to overcome a weirdness I have. It's very odd. Are you ready? Okay, here goes... Pictures of food really gross me out. I don't know why, but being in my first trimester of pregnancy probably doesn't help. So, maybe I can take and look at lots of photos of food this week and get over my weirdness.

i went to a japanese restaurant for lunch today, hoping to take some of my wonderful food...
i felt like such a tool sitting there by myself at a table snapping photos..
that's the worst part of photography for me..
we shouldn't care what other people think right :p hahah
Sorry about the confusion, sometimes I get in a hurry when I type and I add an "s" to a word when it isn't always needed. All the proof-reading in the world and something always gets through. No worries in the future :)
Ok so what am I doing wrong? I was able to post a picture once for one of the weekly contests but now I cant. Here is what I am doing. When I upload a photo for the day in the tag spot I type theme-foodandbeverage. Is not that right?
Rachel, you have done everything right, and your photo does show up to be eligable for the weekly theme competition. Look around page 9 and you will see your photo.

I normally love taking photos of food but this week my photos didn't quite come out the way I wanted them too.
I do however look forward to seeing which ones are going to be voted on!
