So it seems many of us (including myself) were not feeling very colorful last week, but thanks to our good friend, Summerfield who participated with her bokehlicious shots including this fun one:

We have a thing for Chilly the penguin at Hatters as he has traveled around the world with us (or at least around the USA, Canada and the UK).

So we are rounding up our first year at Mad Hatters. Just two weeks to go til we hit 365. Tune in for the party.

and that pretentious penguin just muttered to my ear that his name's not chilly, it's padraigh penwyn. what? oh, he says he loves you madhatters peeps. in fact, he loves wearing his top hat. and he loves michael jackson and that he auditioned for the movie ben. come on, ben was a rat! you couldn't have passed the audition!

i don't believe it, i'm having a conversation with a toy penguin.

@summerfield Tell Chilly to shut up;-). Hee hee. He is a penguin of many names. How many are floating out there. I know of 9 or so. Maybe he could play MJ this week?

Sorry to intrude, but what are Mad Hatters? I have tried to figure it out, but have failed to do so.

@whimsicalgrateful Mad Hatters is a group of seven 365 photographers, each taking a day a week to post, who are storytellers with our photos. Each week, we do a different theme and love it when others play along. We run a thread each Sunday with the next theme.
