Thank you Mike @mikegifford for hosting the last WWYD Challenge!! This was so much fun, and it was truly a good opportunity to learn, use new techniques and create art!

For those of you that are not familiar with how this challenge works or what you're supposed to do....keep reading:
The WWYD Challenge will run from today, Monday February 26 - through Sunday March 11. Don’t worry about the time zone, just get your submission(s) posted by the end of the cut-off day.
Voting will take place shortly thereafter and a winner announced after a few days once the voting is closed. Voting will take several days.
So here are the rules:
- Save the starting image on your computer. NOTE: If you select the “Sizes” under the right-side menu and scroll down to the Original or Large option you can copy and paste to your browser or download.
- Upload the photo you edit to one of your albums and tag it WWYD166 and you can view other entries here: https://365project.org/tags/wwyd166
- You are also encouraged to add your image to this discussion thread. Go to your edited photo, click on the arrow by your comment and fav numbers, copy the "embed" code on the left, and paste it here.
- Multiple entries are allowed.
- There are no editing rules. Edit the starting image any way you’d like. No editing software on your computer? No problem – go to a site like Picmonkey and upload/edit your pic for free. You won’t be able to use all the features but there are plenty you will be able to use.
Please use these WWYD Challenges to push yourself to try new editing techniques! If you’re just beginning work on tonality, color control, curves, detailing, sharpening, gradients and other effects. As you get more familiar with all the editing tools you can add things like dodge and burning, layers, masking and textures. As you push yourself even more move to image extractions and full compositions. Remember to keep pushing and learning, and most of all have fun along the way!
Good luck to everyone and happy editing! Have fun! Let's get started!
@yorkshirekiwi Wow! I hadn't thought of something like this and it's beautiful! I was sure someone would take care of that sky as well and nice bokeh and lighting! Thanks for taking part!
@homeschoolmom Oh Thank You! Such a beautiful summer day! Forgive me for laughing (to myself) as I look at this, and then at Mek's @mastermek illustration above and it looks like a trailer for a summer-camp horror movie! Too fun...and I hope you're both laughing, too!
@kipper1951 Well, Chris, I'm blown away once again! You've done an exquisite job with the deep reflections and the rainbow (!!!)...Icing on the cake! Such a beautiful sense of late afternoon light as well...just an amazing job! Thanks for taking part!
@bella_ss Wow, Sheralee...I couldn't agree more! I'm quite stunned at the creativity and beauty everyone's brought to this! How in the world am I supposed to select finalists?!!! Thanks for making the time to look at the compilation!
@salza Sally! A moon-lit night! Wow..thinking outside the box! The reflections and the moon look wonderful! I have to add that so many of us get wonderful photos of the moon, it's nice to see one added into a photo collage! Nicely done!
@carolineb7 Thank you for joining in with the group here, Caroline! What fascinating coloration you brought to this image! This has a look to me like a searchlight-helicopter flying over head and casting a beam onto the area! Spending winters in an expansive metropolitan region, I've seen them and this look a few times! Such excellent work and well-done!
This has been such a good starting image - there have been so many imaginative productions. I had lots of fun playing with it to produce an Aussie love story:
@joysfocus Joy, you're killing me! I'm so glad I could share these with friends who came to visit this week! They were amazed at the imaginative art from one little photo! I love this!
@robz Rob, this is such a wonderfully divergent shift to another continent! And I adore the story you added to it! Hugely clever! I'll confess to you, that while I have to remain neutral here, you got the top vote from a friend who was visiting from North Carolina! I wonder if it was the kangaroos : ) Thank you for sharing your creativity!
@Weezilou Thanks so much for your feedback - It's so nice to know that your friends liked the star-struck couple! In real life they are actually a couple - they hang around on our paddock quite often. I love it when the joeys appear - they just torment their poor Mums!! Thanks again for your lovely comments - I really appreciate them!
@weezilou WOW what a fabulous collection of beautiful creative art! I don’t envy you having to pick the finalists! As you know my creative abilities stop far short but seeing so many stunning entries has made me want to learn how! Good luck to everyone who has entered - you are all amazing!
I love your idea of the exhibition in Lunenburg!
