Welcome to this week’s edition of the SH*T list, posted just in time for everyone to plan their busy weekends.
The name is the acronym of the words 'So Happy It's Thursday', (SH*T). Just as everyone understands that TGIF stands for 'Thank Goodness It's Friday', Thursday's acronym is not quite as polite but very effective. This list is usually posted early Thursday morning (EST), but will occasionally get posted later if there is something going on in my life.
For those who are not sure what the challenges listed below are all about, just click on the link and it will bring you right to the original post that has all the rules and information needed to enter. I have also spelled the acronym of any challenges in full for further clarity.
While the Weekly SH*T list only lists the ending date of the current challenges, please go through the discussion board to find challenges to be voted on. Voting can be just as important as participation and is generally the most fun and exciting part of the challenges.
Don’t forget to hit the link to check out the details of any challenges you are considering in case I may have messed up the dates or such.
@robz
Thank you for checking up on this. It is members like you that keep challenges from falling by the wayside.
Sometimes the winner is either a first time winner unsure of what to do or does not realize that they need to start the next one.
Or - sometimes they just forget!
I sent a reminder to Haskar @haskar.
Thank you very much for drawing attention. Somehow I missed my victory!
Please, give me the path to the Themes & Competitions page. Is the duration of the challenge itself to be determined? I'm currently thinking about the topic. When I have any more questions I will write.
So sorry for delayd the challenge and I will try to catch up as soon as possible.
@farmreporter Thanks so much Wendy for following up on this. You are wonderful the way you keep all of this on track. I think maybe the b&w challenge wasn't missed too much because there were other challenges running with b&w themes. Cheers Rob
@haskar
The first part of your challenge is quite easy ... actually the whole process is easy so no need to worry about how to do it.
Take a few days to decide what the next theme of the B&W challenge will be, and then you can start the new challenge.
The way you do this is to go to Discuss under the task bar on top, click on it, click on Themes and Discussions, and open a New Topic on the top of the page.
You can fill in the details of the challenge - ending date, tag, and rules in the main body of the new topic. Don’t worry if you have messed up because you can go back and edit anything in your new topic except the title (so don’t mess up the title – lol!)
I usually do most of my work in a word document or other such program of your choice and then just copy and paste into your new topic. I will also occasionally use the previous challenge as a template to set up the new challenge.
Once that is up - just sit back and watch the entries come in until the challenge is over!!
I will be more than happy to let you know how to set up the voting process once your closing date arrives - just tag me and I can help.

Now fixed.
I wondered if anything had happened after that and I just missed it?
Sorry to be a nuisance. Cheers Rob
