I'm being cheeky and doing two (because I can, so can you too!)
I was chuffed to bits with this shot, it was achieved in less than a dozen attempts. I asked for some constructive critique and got useful tips.
I learnt two new terms, burning and dodging, and had a play and ended up with this.
My followers were split 50:50 as to which one they preferred.
I'm torn between two! I got to see a band I've liked for roughly 20 years on Thursday but this one is my favourite in terms of a quality shot (and you know I do love invertebrates!) so I'm going with this one...
This one is a favorite because @domenicododaro and @summerfield and I had such fun realizing we had all photographed the same person with such different results! Truly, it's fun to go on photowalks with 365 photo buddies!
Because I liked the effect I could apply to the image after exploring further editing options just using my phone. Also, I think this image looks interesting against a dark background - helping emphasise the trees in the foreground.
