Thank you to everyone who participated on street-83, and in particular to John Walton @lumpiniman for hosting it and a big thank you too all of you who voted.
I am a big fan of street photography, and I appreciate that recent times have been quite challenging for street photographers, with quarantines and lockdowns keeping us off the streets. However it is gratifying to see so many of you still managing to take some excellent street shots.
Street photography comes in many forms so could I urge everyone to give it a go and enter the next Street Challenge which will be street-84

Closing 26th September 2021. To be eligible the photograph must have been taken during this time frame.
Although not necessary, it would be good if entrants could link their entries to this thread; this will keep the thread high in the "latest" list, thus promoting the challenge and allowing others to see it.

I note that you have shown a starting date for this challenge as 26th August (today). Recently each new Street Photography Challenge has started the day after the previous one finished. I have submitted three photographs during the period that voting was taking place for Street-83; the 26th August starting date obviously disqualifies these entries.
@lumpiniman Sorry. It just struck me as a bit odd to set a starting date 2 weeks in the past. Didn't seem to give people very long to get their entries in. But as it's you I will allow your entries in street-84. :)
