Minimal-35 (People) is up and running.

December 21st, 2022
Many thanks to Joanne @gardencat for hosting the previous Minimalism Challenge (Seeds) and to everyone who entered and voted. I’m thrilled to have been voted the winner.

After a few internet searches and some deliberation, I have chosen ‘people’ as the theme for the minimal-35. This can be a single person or a group of people. They may be small and subtle, but will become the centre of the photo. The main requirement of course, is that they should be captured in a minimalistic style.

You may find this information copied from previous posts to be of some assistance.

Minimalism is the art of less is more. Minimalist photography uses the minimum amount of components such as colour, shape, line and texture to emphasise the subject matter and 'negative space' can play a big part in minimalist images.

I think that's a great choice of theme. Now to try to do the something that works for it.
