Nigel Rogers ace
Thank you Susan Wakely for hosting the 138th six-word story and to all who voted. This is the first challenge I have won so by definition this is the first one I am going to host. I am somewhat daunted by trying to set this up so please be gentle with me!
I am going to keep to the previous script so as not to loose the plot, so as in the past please come up with a six-word description/story of your image; witty, nostalgic, descriptive, whatever you choose. It’s so much fun to see the varied entries in this challenge.
All you need to do to take part, and please do, because if I can do it you can, is to come up with a six word title for your image. The title can be witty, nostalgic, humorous, a famous quote, pretty much whatever you think best describes your image. It’s fun to see the variety of entries to this challenge.
Oh, the photograph needs to be OK too, but it's the caption that fits with the image that will be a main part of the criteria in judging.
HOW TO ENTER
Take a photo and title it with a short story of just six words that describes the image. You can think of the title first and take the photo or take a photo that has a six-word story naturally attached to it.
You can submit as many entries as you like, but only one of them may be selected as a finalist.
There are only two rules for this challenge:
- the photo must be taken within the time frame of the challenge
and
- the title must consist of six words - no more no less!
Challenge Tag sixws-139
Start Date Monday 1st May
End Date Wednesday 31st May
You can always backdate the start of the challenge if you want . Sometimes people have one waiting in wings. I was rather delayed in shortlisting. Well done for being so prompt as a first timer getting this up and running.
