my apologies as i completely forgot to tally the votes... and when i just did there was a tie...

i know there's been discussion about the organizer casting the deciding vote, but i really couldn't choose and so i put both names in a cup and picked one... i hope you don't mind - it's just been so long and i know that traffic can be slow on this site over the weekend...
