For a few months now I have had trouble logging in. I used to be permanently logged in on both my phone and tablet. A few months ago I started having trouble and find I can only log in on my phone sometimes! I have emailed for help but it doesn't seem to have been resolved. Has anyone else had this problem along the way?
Oh dear! I had trouble logging on because the servers updated their certificates and don't support my old OS. Not sure why you're having the problem. You need to know what browser and operating system you're using and ask Ross with that information.
Weirdly, sometimes when I click on a link to someones page it appears I'm logged out, but I'll still be logged in other places. Then I noticed that the places where I appear to not look logged in has the s missing from the https at the beginning of the URL. If I manually put the s in myself, it works fine.
