I have just realised how far behind I am for posting my photos - although they have all been taken on the day. This was lunch for my husband and I the Saturday before last. Such a treat. For those interested these whitebait fritters are done with just beaten egg white, with a tiny bit of salt and a tiny bit of cornflour.
