I only have two different varieties of roses in my garden and this one is my favourite. Easy care, has a nice scent and flowers for a very long time.

@carolinesdreams we need to adapt to the environment - the best place for roses I think must be the South Island - Christchurch? The cold means they don't get the bugs. We are lucky here (Taranaki) we can grow a bit of most things - even semi subtropical.
