@skipt07 Skip, Thank you for your recommendations. I've been checking prices and comparing lenses. I already have a Nikon zoom to 300 I used for the photo but I feel it is not clear and crisp. Not sure if it is me that needs a class or better glasses or a better lens
@dmdfday - I bought a 2x extender when I bought my 150-600mm Tamron lens, but if it is not a bright day with the extender on the camera has a harder time focusing. When I was looking at the prices of the lenses I was surprised that the Nikons were very comparable to the Tamrons. When I bought my lens there was close to a $1,000 dollar difference between the Tamron and a comparable Canon lens.
