Saturday was one of the best days ever!! We started the day by driving almost three hours to the Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley. Reagan has always been my favorite president, so I was very excited to learn more about him and his presidency. After several hours there, we left and had lunch. Then on the way home we stopped at Griffith Park to look at the Los Angeles abandoned zoo. It was the original zoo that was closed down in 1966. We walked around and I took a few pictures. Since Addie turned 21 earlier this week, I wanted to take her to a nearby winery to celebrate. So, after dinner we went to Witchcreek Winery. We had a glass of wine and then went to Buffalo Wild Wings so Mario could have a beer. :) We had a wonderful day and I'm so thankful I was able to celebrate Addie's birthday with her, even if it was five days late!! :)
Today I'm thankful for....

2. the rain stopped

4. spending the entire day with Addie and Mario
5. having pictures to remember the moments
