Christmas Love by dmrams

Christmas Love

One of the nice things about being a teacher is when students show their appreciation by giving me a Christmas gift. Today I received the presents that are in my picture and various other gifts, too. Now it's time to write the thank you notes!! :)

***some of you have asked about my upcoming move.....we recently decided to move from the small town of East Bernard, where the kids and I have lived for 5 1/2 years, back to the suburbs where I teach. In fact, I will only be one block from my school instead of 40 minutes away. Also, Trevor really wants to go to the high school where his dad works as an assistant principal and where his sister Addie attends (which is right next door to where I teach!!). The kids will only be 10 minutes from where their dad lives, too. It just makes sense to move back. I'm excited about the move---I know it's the right thing to do right now--especially for the kids.****
I'm so happy for you! the move sounds so worth, well, a move. :) cute shot. Looks like you have some great students.

Lots of goodies! The move does sound like a positive thing to do. I drive the girls an hour to school,it gets quite difficult at times, but for now I can't do anything about it.Enjoy the change!
