9.25 Pesche bianche

Now this photo has no virtues at all, apart for depicting the second best ingredient for a nice Bellini cocktail...
Luckily, we are at -5 of sooc September...
Full of admiration - not far to the end. you can celebrate on 1 October with that pesche bianche and a bottle of prosecco.

@joysabin oh a Bellini with half a ripe white peach and an appropriate quantity of a nice prosecco would be much better...

Sadly...very sadly, Prosecco like many other excellent non-French wines are like hens' teeth here in France. France sells French wines...quid pro quo...and very little else. :-(( However we have discovered a source of good, very good Barolo ;-))

@s4sayer I know... France is very protective! Barolo is wonderful, indeed... However, a nice Bellini may be made even with a French Champagne ;-P
