@summerfield He must be too warm, I couldn't explain why the Mother is wearing tons of robes and he's going around naked... Thanks a lot!

Superb processing! I love how you can see through the halos and He appears to be standing on the counter. Wow, DD!

@bkbinthecity lol, if it were a candid I would be the most famous reporter in the world! Thank you!
@juliedduncan indeed the counter surface is merged with a kind of shelf on which the painter depicted the child. I knew I would make this when I saw the painting at the Uffizi! Thank you so much, JD!

Ice cream or gelato? My wife and I had the opportunity to visit Italy a few years ago. The first day was rather warm so we got some gelato. It was nothing like we'd ever tasted in the United States. We got more every chance we had for the rest of the trip. Having said that, if a lady showed up at the ice cream counter with a naked baby....I don't think I could calmly serve them as you are LOL

I'm blown away by your technical skills in achieving such remarkable shots. The owners of our local watering hole/bar/restaurant are expecting their second grandchild in April. This could be an effective way to introduce said child to its future clientele, especially as the expectant mother is a key player in the business.

@dbj_365 gelato, gelato! I used to have one of the finest “gelaterie” in Rome close to my old office and it has been a must for lunch May through October... but seriously, isn’t ice cream the correct word?
@s4sayer lol, the bar tender close to my house who allowed me to shoot from behind the counter was quite puzzled... I will need to give him a print as a present!

@s4sayer and thank you!

You're creativity (and processing skills) never ceases to amaze me. I wonder if one of those flavors is Heavenly Hash? :P

I know that Italians are very indulgent with children but I do think she should not allow the child to go naked in public. But it's hard everywhere these days i guess... apparently even lawyers have to do this kind of work!

@blueberry1222 thank you, Krista! Your comment makes me smile!
@yrhenwr hard times: you need to cope with a double work, and you can’t be too much of a stickler with hygienic rules!
