22 Lorenzo Monaco - Adorazione dei magi

leap froggy

@kali66 Yup! ;-)

Gatecrasher!? This leapfrog pose must have been challenging to set up/achieve perhaps than some of the others? Your gymnastic talent is evident for the myriad circumstances you have chosen. You go from strength to strength. Impressive!

Beautiful artwork

Oh these do make me laugh!

@s4sayer A gatecrasher for sure! The pose was trial and error, you know: jumping four hundred zillion times... And thank you, too kind of you, I admit I am not fully satisfied with this but I had no more time to refine the editing.
@bkbinthecity The original altar table certainly is! :-) Thank you a lot, Brian!
@humphreyhippo This is their purpose, indeed! Thank you very much!

you are getting a little irreverent to be sure - adoration is a serious business - and you would never find us British queue jumping in such a brash way. ;)
March 7th, 2018
So cleverly done.
March 7th, 2018
@helenhall Oh certainly, but I bet the Child would laugh seeing some serious kings leapfrogging for his amusement... Do you know the joke about a ladies' funeral and her husband following the hearse with their big dog on the leash?
@suesmith Thank you very much!
March 7th, 2018
@domenicododaro perhaps you are right - he does look like he could do with a bit of lightening up. I'm sure he would be happy to share the joke with you when he is a bit older.
March 7th, 2018
@helenhall Who knows... One of the things that strike me about all Jesus' story is that it's as full of humanity as completely void of humour.
March 7th, 2018
Never enough innocent levity in life.
March 8th, 2018
@joysabin Oh I do so completely agree and I would so much like to be able to practice it more!
March 8th, 2018
The crowd look very interested in your exploits...
March 8th, 2018
@vignouse Oh they were, indeed. Quite judgmental, too - they are not much younger than mr. Dante Alighieri who in the "Divine Comedy" wrote that haste "l'onestade ad ogni atto dismaga" (deprives any human activity of its proper dignity) - Purgatory, III, 11... So thank you for your sympathy and fav! ;-)
March 8th, 2018
So irreverent!!! I would expect nothing less. :)
March 8th, 2018
@dbj_365 mainly playful. He’s only a child.,. 🙃 thank you for the fav!f
March 9th, 2018
Fav.

@gardenfolk thank you a lot!

Your shots are even better than the ones people can do at the Trick Eye Museum https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g294197-d2203080-Reviews-Trickeye_Museum_Seoul-Seoul.html

Didn't know it existed! Cool!
March 12th, 2018
They just keep getting funnier and funnier!!! :D
