I won't say anything - the last time I said I would hang around for a while I disappeared for three months+...
I have been missing you 365ers so badly.
Not that I was away from photography - during the last 98 days I shot one zillion photos to select and process the 80 pictures for the 2020 edition of my friends' recipes book "Almanacco Alimentare" (I won't deny that the good part was eating with tons of friends after photographing) on top of 75 portraits of my colleagues for my firm's new website (juridicum.net).
Which makes almost two photos a day, only I couldn't post them here, for obvious reasons...
Plus, I had a savage working period, enlightened only by dear friends Junko @jyokota and Lou @walrus visiting Rome in the first half of April, and meeting the then new 365er @angelikavr .
I'm so glad to be back and I hope I will be able to be again active from today on...
This is a photo taken a few weeks ago with the Leica R4 on Scala 200, a b/w slide film discontinued by Agfa in 2005 (I think I bought the last batch before year 2000), developed with the very interesting chemical Diafine.
A few more to come!
Finally Domenico! I was so worried that you would have given up 365. We love to se your pictures, new and old, and keep in touch with you. Welcome back and Fav, of course!
thank you for the explanation - my you have been busy. So glad to have you back. Such a retro feel to this shot with enjoyable shadows. What a great building beyond the traffic lights.
So glad to see you back!! I was quite envious of your 365 get together! This image really works with the gritty overlay and b&w tones. And the portraits for your firm look professionally done. Impressive.
@caterina Thank you so much, Caterina! @kali66 :) @juliedduncan It is my fun place, indeed. Thanks a lot! @mona65 Thank you, Mona! @louannwarren Thank you very much! @s4sayer It is a little like being back home, indeed. Thanks! @shannejw Thank you on both accounts! @seattlite Thank you very much. Yes, I have been missing the fun! @walrus It's the unpredictability to make film photography so cool, sometimes. @helenhall Thank you! The building used to be the train terminal for fast connections between Rome and the airport, then dismissed and finally adapted for the biggest "Eataly" shop in the world. @taffy Thank you so much! Also for the comments on the firm's portraits... @jgpittenger It was rather busy, I admit... @golftragic Thank you so much, Marnie!
Good to see you back Domenico. I deleted 7 years work when I closed my account a short while ago. After 2 days I started a new account ... so I must be a 365 junky! Hope we are both able to stay around!
@lostphojo uh-oh - this wasn’t your original user name, was it? Wow, hope you did preserve your archives. Thank you for the fav- look forward to continuing watching your photos.

SO thankful for our time together.
I'm currently drowning in books with a June 7 deadline.
