Cosy place

Just came back from the USA, landing in a Rome burning in heat.
This photo was shot in Bristol, RI, at our friend's Stephan Brigidi's home where we spent the first half of last week, to meet with Louis @walrus , his family and other friends. I think I forgot to mention that Stephan is a great photographer and I have been granted the honor to write the foreword for his photo book "Rome 1970s" edited by Daylight - some glimpses here: https://www.riphotocenter.org/rome-stephan-brigidi/
Great capture of this inviting corner

I really enjoyed looking through your friends collection. They are a wonderful set of portraits and still life. It will be a great book. Loving the warmth of this cosy corner you found here and that fine lampshade

A lovely cozy corner. The lampshade, the decoration on the lamp’s pole, those fabulous pitchers, oh my. What an honor to write the forward for his book, he has an artist’s eye.

This image is intriguing for its collections (those beautiful pitchers!), the Cornell box, and how it all comes together to Crete the inviting ambience. Nicely captured.

@jyokota Thank you, Junko! Are you back?
@taffy Thanks a lot... A common project is cooking: news to come!
@golftragic Thank you! It was the perfect corner, and that at bottom right is an (old) MacBook there only for the iTunes library.
@summerfield Oh yes! Thanks!
@joansmor It is! Thank you!
@louannwarren He is an artist, indeed. And we are working on a common project, I'm so excited!
@helenhall Thank you very much! The book is really cool, it's a time travel, so meaningful for those who lived that period!
@cjphoto Thank you!
@angelikavr Oh yes... But I am relocating my work in Sardinia for the next two weeks...

@domenicododaro -- on my way home in a few hours, and my German friends will meet me at the airport to head to my house for two weeks. Good thing my housekeeper has been there while I've been gone!
