The Curtains are one of Munising's most popular ice climbing areas. Looking up the hill from the side of the road it is slightly visible through the deep trees. The hike up is only about 100 yards but it is very steep...most of the way up I crawled and on the way down I slid on my rear end. There is no designated trail you just figure out your own path, but once up there it was well worth it.
