Day 32 of 365: I love the cozy feeling that comes from being sheltered in a warm, comfortable home with my family while listening to a heavy rainstorm!
2015 February 1: Tonight my family was comfortably settled inside our warm, dry home watching the SuperBowl and enjoying our gameday snacks, when suddenly I heard very heavy rain hitting the windows. Flinging open our door and looking outside into the darkness, I saw a dark but beautiful scene: It looked like a waterfall was falling off our porch roof!
I enjoy rain when we are all indoors ...It makes the house seem even more comfortable, sheltering, and inviting! To help me remember this feeling, I turned on my camera's flash and attempted to get a clear photo of the nighttime rain.
