2016.03.03 Thursday: We had a good bit of rain fall today -- with temperatures near freezing, several areas near us also experienced sleet and snow. Despite the cold, though, the air had an expectant tinge of warmth from the approaching spring; the rain had an exquisite nourishing feel to it.
This is the same pansy that I featured standing tall in my February 29 photo. Despite its bedraggled appearance here, it will draw nourishment from the rain and stand bright and beautiful in tomorrow's sunshine!
Still just as beautiful as the other photo!! I love the rain drops and how they make everything look so fresh, even if they are beaten down a bit!! Love the color of the pansy and the pretty Spring green! FAV!
