2018.01.16 Tuesday: Shortly before sunset the temperature in my area was 22 degrees F (I believe that is -5.5 degrees C). This morning's snow was still frozen to the ground, covering a layer of ice.
So (of course!) when my son and my husband went across the street to pick up our mail and to check the state of the road, they both wore sandals and light jackets!
We at least had a beautiful sunset for them to enjoy while they were out in the cold!
