Crystal ball by dulciknit

Crystal ball

This is a real quartz crystal ball. I don't use it for scrying, I'm not into that sort of thing. I just thought it would be a good thing to have in a collection of crystals. The marks you can see in it are natural inclusions in the crystal, which is a little smoky in colour. Anyone can see something in a crystal ball, albeit upside down. Here's the sky and the tops of the houses in our street
Very cool perspective, lovely clouds and light

Thank you :-)

@elzibell I don't know the physics behind what's happened but turning the world upside down was down to the crystal ball rather than me. I think it's something to do with convex surfaces. I do know that we receive inverted images through our eyes and our brain rights the image. Useless fact for today. :-)
