OK, I expect I'm re-inventing the wheel here but it's seasonal and a bit of fun.
Because Lester's birthday is so near Christmas I wait, at his request, until after 15th to put up the decorations. I expect he got fed up with having his birthday and Christmas lumped together when he was younger. So the decorations went up yesterday.
