Trainspotting

This is a section of the model railway at Kew Bridge Steam Museum. The engines really do run on steam and are amazingly beautifully crafted.

Lester and I went to the museum today because the huge Cornish beam engines were scheduled to be in steam. They were having problems with the main boiler, though, and it didn't happen. Still, it made for a good outing, ideal for a wet, miserable day. I don't think it's stopped raining at all today.

Beautiful little red engine. They just don't make them like that anymore. Looks like a wonderful museum filled with enchanted children. I like the little guy in the top left corner.
