This is Lester in typical pose, waiting for his dotty wife to finish feeding her photo taking habit. He passes the time interacting with chums on Facebook and Melodeon.net via his iPhone, propped up against a wall, post, fence - whatever makes a good back-rest.
We went into Aylesbury today to do a bit of shopping and collect my new specs from the specsticians. The ones for the computer are good except my eyes ache, but I'll soon get used to them - there's plenty of opportunity for practice. :-)
This was taken in the old part of town. That's the retaining wall of the churchyard on the left.

Those houses on the right look interesting. The three rows of cobbles are curious. I think Lester may be looking glum because his feet are dressed for summer sun, weren't they frozen, its raining and cold here.
@jennywren It's raining and cold hewre too but Lester doesn't feel the cold very much. He starts wearing sandals in March and usually goes back to shoes and socks around about November time! The cut-offs' season is a little shorter.
Fab street scene & great candid! I agree with Brian above, your hubby is well trained! Mine is not as patient at times when I take too long snapping a shot/shots. He has shoes just like that! Tevas, right?
