Figurines

Many, many thanks for your concern and your kind comments and good wishes re. my accident. It's a privilege to 'know' you.

Best on large view for the details.
These wonderful little bronze figurines stand on the door handles to the Charles Clore Centre building at Hampton Court Palace. They feature Shakespeare - you can see him, quill in hand, in the foreground of the photo - and characters from his plays. If you look closely you can just about make out one or two of those on the inside door handles (just past Shakespeare).

Another filler because I made some messy errors in setting up today's shot and, despite repeated attempts, was unable to get rid of them by editing the photo.
I love the diagonal lines in this one - very nice!

What a delightful shot! You always come up with such wonderful ideas for things to shoot. I love these figures - have a mini collection of tiny bronze figures. I love the way you shot it to catch the reflections.
