Lester and I went to Stonor Park near Henley-on-Thames today. It's the home of the Stonor family and was built on the site of an ancient stone circle, some of which still survives. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stonor_Park
We didn't go in the house, just the garden. It's quite small as manor house gardens go but very pretty.
This is not the best angle on the Gatekeeper butterfly but he did a flit after I took this. I liked the frilly daisies, though.
