This is the door to 3 Savile Row, the one-time home of 'Apple Corps' - the "business" arm of the Beatles and the location of their last ever live performance. If you've heard the song 'Get Back', then that was recorded on the roof of number 3.
Apple moved out in the mid-70's and the building is currently standing empty. The studio they built in the basement but never used as The Beatles, long gone.
